Introduction
Behaivior is on a mission to democratize addiction and mental health recovery using AI, behavioral health tech, and wearables for crisis aversion & mental health support. We help people stay on track with their recovery process by providing the right intervention at the right time, in real-time, and we help care providers better serve their clients, and employers better serve their employees.
Meet Recovery™. A guardian angel on your wrist. Health care providers can use our company, Behaivior, to know in advance when individuals are in a high-risk state, and vulnerable to a crisis event. Behaivior uses advanced AI, behavioral health tech, and wearables, like a FitBit, to collect biometrics, provide proactive interventions, and more to help keep users on track with their mental health.
Behaivior uses proprietary AI-enabled predictions of upcoming pre-crisis events and detailed assessment summaries. Users can access digital interventions and choose to alert their care providers and support networks of high-probability risk events. We also use HIPAA compliant remote monitoring and connection, which supports health equity through care access, particularly for those struggling from societal, safety, and location barriers due to COVID-19.
Our application processes data from a wearable device and smartphone with custom AI models that identify periods of crisis risk for users. These data are used to suggest wellness methods at low levels of risk and to provide alerts to caregivers at higher levels. The core models are trained on data from rigorous pilot studies organized by Behaivior.
With higher than ever rates of overdose and mental health crises, a new approach is needed. Given the extent of the opioid crisis and the fact that current treatments and tools have been shown to be insufficient to tackle the epidemic we are facing, our initial target market is large and eager for solutions.
